oh my god

i know, i know, two posts in one morning from me, heart-attack inducing. but i can't pass this one up.

what the hell is going on at home? when the Navy -MY navy- puts out ads like this one. Transmariners? what the hell? and man, if you want to do a comics-style ad, at LEAST get the damn wording right! who are they targeting, four year olds? and the music. holy cow. it's AWFUL.

bah, she says. the end of the world is nigh.

"who are they targeting?"probably absent-minded 4As-scoring people who spend so much time on the Internet that they need supranormal visual stimulation. and lousy music, oh yes lousy music like badly-used peppercorns in fast food - who could forget to add that in.....

=) nice to have you back.

-throws hands up in the air- i give up man. -grin- every year the ads get worse. it's bad when i remember the year with the rubber duckie ad as the high point. tsktsk. =)

yeah, hate the new navy ads. quite cheesy and not all that impressive.

what really, *really* irks me is that when the robot jumps onto the quay, the people in the background don't react at all. the screen just shakes. lazy -- very lazy!

Hello! I find the ad amusing *chuckle* In exactly what ways are the transmariners trans-ing marinity? And 'the NS experience' an adventure? What ho!
